Grilled or Basted Steak with Mushrooms, Onions, and Asparagus

Ingredients
Grass Fed Steak (Ribeye, New York Strip, or Sirloin)
Asparagus
Onions
Mushrooms
Coconut Aminos
minced garlic
salt
pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
red pepper flakes
cayenne pepper
paprika
olive or avocado oil
*optional fresh thyme and Rosemary*
Preparation
-Marinate steaks in gallon size zip lock bag with oil, minced garlic and coconut aminos
-Remove from bag and add seasonings and let sit to reach room temperature
-preheat pan on the stove with oil
-cut up mushrooms and onions and cut bottom third or more off asparagus and discard
-add onions to pan and cook for a few minutes before adding asparagus, onions and seasonings
-While those are cooking, either grill steaks or preheat separate pan with ghee or approved oil and fresh rosemary and thyme, spooning sauce over steaks as they cook until desired doneness
-Plate food and enjoy!
