Allie Doiron on Nutrition and Dietetics

Allie is a Functional and Integrative Registered Dietitian | NASM-Certified Personal Trainer | Certified Metabolic Technician. She takes us inside the mind of a dietitian, and we discuss the importance of what we put in and on our bodies.

Allie learned a lot about chronic disease and chronic disease management but had a turning point working in the inpatient work because nutrition is not put in the forefront.

Allie is a registered dietitian, certified personal trainer, and plant-based health nut who strives to make good choices for herself and her clients through a holistic approach focusing on maximizing metabolism.

She graduated from Auburn University majoring in Nutrition and Dietetics and completed her Dietetic Internship through Winthrop University in Florence, SC. From there she worked in a variety of settings, including educating lower-income populations, inpatient medical nutrition therapy, outpatient nutrition education and one on one nutrition coaching, personal training, and metabolism testing at Life Time. She loves all things whole foods, essential oils, and anything outdoors.

Allie believes in the Fire Within and has partnered with them to share what she knows about holistic wellness.
