Asian Shrimp or Chicken Lettuce Wraps with Bacon and Onion Green Beans

Healthy Asian Chicken Lettuce Wrap

Ingredients

Iceberg Lettuce
(12-16) Shrimp (or organic chicken)
1 bottle Coconut Aminos
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
White Pepper
Ginger Powder
Minced Garlic
1 Table Spoon Honey
Juice from 1 Fresh Squeezed orange
Slivered almonds
4-6 strips of nitrite free, nitrate free bacon
Green Beans (1 bag)
(1) Onion
*optional riced cauliflower bag
*optional 3-6 eggs

Preparation

-Iceberg lettuce filled with shrimp or chicken marinated and cooked in pan on medium heat in the following sauce:

-Sauce- combine Coconut aminos, olive oil, white pepper, ginger powder, minced garlic, honey, and fresh-squeezed orange juice –

-Fill whole leaves of romaine lettuce with meat and slivered almonds for a crunch.

*option- you can also cook riced cauliflower, and add with meat if desired and crack a few eggs into the rice for a healthy fried rice!*

-Green beans- chop bacon into 1-inch pieces and cook in pan, add in chopped onion, add in fresh green beans and saute with olive oil, and season with sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder
-add slivered almonds to green beans if desired for a crunch
