1-2 slices of Sour Dough Bread
Guacamole
2 Boiled Eggs
Drizzle of Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Red Pepper flakes
Preparation
-Toast sour dough bread
-Spread on guacamole ( you could also cut open fresh avocados, slice and place on the toast)
-Slice boiled eggs with egg slicer or knife and place on avocado toast (you could also choose to do eggs over easy or poached egg instead)
-Add seasoning
-Drizzle with olive oil
