Balsamic Glazed Pork Chops with Sautéed Apples, Onions, and Green Beans

Ingredients

Pork Chops (organic pasture raised if you can find it)
Apple Cider vinegar
Balsamic glaze reduction
Fresh or frozen green beans
2 Apples (organic, your choice of variety)
1 Onion
4 Table Spoons Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Cayenne Pepper
Red Pepper Flakes
*Optional-Fresh Rosemary*

Preparation

-Preheat large pan on medium heat and add 2 Tablespoons olive oil
-Slice Apples into small thin wedges removing the core, seeds and stem
-Cut onion
-prepare green-beans if fresh and the ends need to be snapped off
-Add apple, onions, and green beans to pan and season to taste
-Stir occasionally
-While apples, onions, and green beans are cooking, Preheat 2nd large pan on medium heat with 2 Table Spoons olive oil
-drizzle 1 to 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to pork chops and season to taste * Option to add fresh rosemary as well*
-Add pork chops to pan and cook, while continuing to monitor apples and onions, and broccoli, pan cook the pork chops till done to desired doneness
-When All food is finished and plated, drizzle balsamic glaze reduction on to pork chops and enjoy!
