Healthy carrot cake smoothie with walnuts and chia seeds in glass jars

Ingredients

1 serving Vanilla vegan or collagen protein powder
12 oz vanilla almond milk
1 Tablespoon shredded coconut
1 Tablespoon raisins
cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Table Spoon maple syrup
1 Tablespoon shredded carrots
1/2 a banana
*optional chia seed
*optional ground flax seeds
*optional 1 Table Spoon walnuts
*optional ice

Preparation

-Place all ingredients in a blender starting with the almond milk
-blend, add liquid if needed
-pour into glass and enjoy!
