German bison Burgers with Asparagus and Roasted Acorn Squash

Ingredients
(1) Acorn Squash
Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Pepper
(1/2-1 cup) Asparagus
(4-8 oz) Ground Bison
Cayenne
Red Pepper Flakes
Garlic Powder
Spicy Brown Mustard
Sauerkraut
Preparation
Acorn Squash- cut in half, scoop out the insides and drizzle olive oil, sea salt, and pepper on the open sides. Set on baking pan and place in the oven at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
Asparagus- saute in olive oil on the stove. Be sure to chop off a few inches of the end where it is no longer too tough to eat. Add sea salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
German Bison Burgers- split up ground bison into burger patties on stovetop and season to your liking. I like Sea Salat, pepper, cayenne, red pepper flakes, garlic
powder. When done, squirt on spicy brown mustard and cover with sauerkraut.
