Zucchini
Yellow Squash
Onions
Sweet potato
2 Tablespoons Avocado oil

-black pepper
-red pepper flakes

Preparation
Steak:
-Place grass-fed steaks in gallon sized zip lock back (I like to pound mine with a tenderizer first, that’s optional)
-dump in enough Worcestershire and or coconut aminos to coat steaks
-Add in 1 teaspoon minced garlic and seal bag. Shake it up till well covered. Open up slightly to press all air out, reseal and fold over to let steaks marinate
-anywhere from a few minutes to overnight
-When ready for grill, take out of the bag, place in sheet pan and sprinkle on the list of seasonings to your liking (careful with the cayenne)
-These bad boys are ready for the grill cooked to your liking or could be done on the stove on medium heat in a pan.
Squash, zucchini and onions:
-cut up vegetables
-add to pan with oil and add favorite seasonings
-saute on medium heat to desired tenderness
Sweet Potato:
-microwave for 10 minutes or until done
