Homemade Shrimp and Grits

Ingredients

Goat Cheese (or a sheep milk based cheese such as sheep milk manchego, or a harder cheddar)
Quinoa or Riced Cauliflower
Bone Broth
1-2 lbs. Wild Caught Shrimp peeled and deveined
4-6 strips of bacon cut up
onion
peppers
2 Table Spoons olive oil
minced garlic
Chopped parsley
Chopped scallions
Mushrooms
Garlic powder
onion powder
cayenne pepper
Old Bay seasonings
salt
pepper
red pepper flakes
paprika

Preparation

-Pressure cook quinoa in bone broth if using quinoa
-Cut up bacon into 1 inch pieces and cook in a pan
-When Bacon is crispy, remove from pan and leave grease
-Add vegetables and saute (may need to add additional olive oil
-If using riced cauliflower, add to pan
-Add Cheese
-Sprinkle shrimp with old bay and add to dish
-When fully cooked, add to bowl, add crispy bacon crumbles, chopped scallions and parsley
-Enjoy!
