5-8 strawberries
Vanilla Collagen or plant based Protein powder
4-oz of Organic coconut cream
8 oz vanilla almond milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Handful of organic spinach
*Optional 1 Tablespoon of Ground Flax
Preparation
-Cut stems off of strawberries and put in the blender
-Add vanilla almond milk, protein powder, coconut cream, spinach, vanilla extract and ground flax
-*Optional add ice if desired
-Turn blender on until well mixed
-pour into cup and Enjoy!
