6-10 oz rotisserie chicken (shredded with fork)
Franks Red Hot Sauce to taste (I like this hot sauce because it basically just vinegar and cayenne, no junk )
A few spoonfuls of Paleo mayonnaise (meaning it only has avocado oil in it, or alternatively you can use almond milk greek yogurt for a dairy free and mayonnaise free option) or forrager dairy free sour cream
2 slices sour dough bread (optional)
*simple mills almond flour crackers are an option as well*
1-2 celery stalks
1/4 of a small onion
Preparation
-Pull chicken apart and set in bowl
-Chop Celery and onion
-Add paleo mayonnaise or greek yogurt (can leave this part out if preferred)
-Add Hot sauce
-Add celery and onion
-Mix Together
-Toast sour dough if desired, (or simple mills almond flour crackers) and add chicken mixture and enjoy!
