Rotisserie Chicken or Organic Chicken Breast
Franks Red Hot Sauce

Forrager non dairy Sour Cream
Blue Cheese Crumbles
Romaine Lettuce

Side Salad:
mixed greens like baby spinach and frugal, spring mix etc…
Onions
Carrots
Celery
Any other vegetables you like in a salad
Preparation
Chicken Tacos
– if your doing rotisserie, peel apart and set in bowl
-if your cooking chicken, heat pan to medium, add olive oil then throw in chicken
-When its almost done add in Franks Red hot sauce and set aside
-Heat up siete grain free cassava tortillas in a pan with a drop of oil and seal salt on both sides
-Add buffalo chicken with blue cheese, romaine lettuce and chopped tomatoes
Blue Cheese dressing:
-Add forrager non dairy sour cream to a bowl with blue cheese crumbles, black pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic powder
Salad:
Cut up vegetables, put in a bowl and dress with blue cheese dressing
-Enjoy!
