4 Strips of nitrite nitrate free bacon
6-10 red potatoes depending on size

curry powder
garlic powder
onion powder
red pepper flakes
sea salt
black pepper
cayenne
A few oz of plain almond milk
A few oz of olive oil
Franks Red Hot Sauce
*optional a few oz of maple syrup

Preparation

-Preheat oven to 350 degrees
-place organic chicken wings on parchment paper lined baking sheet and cover in salt and pepper
-bake for 30 minutes
-While thats in the oven, quarter red potatoes, I prefer skin on for 20 minutes in large pot
-In Separate pan heat up olive oil and place chopped onion, green beans, and chopped bacon (I uses kitchen shears to cut up the bacon)
*drizzle with a small amount of pure maple syrup or honey
-Season to Taste
-When potatoes are easily pierced with a fork, drain and add in garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes and pour in small amounts of unflavored plain almond milk and mash with a masher or a fork and continue stirring, adding milk and seasonings to desired taste and consistency
-When wings are done baking, its time to make the sauce.
-In a large mixing bowl, pour in some olive oil, a generous amount of franks red hot sauce, a table spoon or so of honey, minced garlic, Sea salt, black pepper, red pepper, and a generous amount of curry powder. Mix together and place wings into the bowl tossing with tongs to coat evenly.
