Green Smoothie preparation

Ingredients

1/2 green apple chopped
1 handful of spinach
a few oz pineapple
1/2 banana
1 serving of vanilla collagen or plant based protein powder
1 Tablespoon ground flax seed
8-12 oz vanilla almond milk
*optional variations can include celery, kiwi, and cucumbers
*optional handful of ice cubes*

Preparation

-Combine ingredients in blender
-Blend to desired thickness and add more fluid if too thick
-pour into a glass and enjoy
