1 Banana
2 Tablespoons almond butter (make sure the only ingredients are almond butter and sea salt, get organic if you can)
1 drizzle of honey (around 1 teaspoons worth)
A few dashes of cinnamon
*optional sprinkling of Hemp Hearts and or chia seeds
Preparation
-peel banana
-spread almond butter on banana
-drizzle with honey
-add cinnamon
-*optional, sprinkle hemp hearts and or chia seeds
-Slice and enjoy!
