Oven Roasted Hot Wings with Homemade Ranch

Spicy Homemade Buffalo Wings

Ingredients

Organic Chicken Wings (up to 6-12 wings per person)
Franks Red Hot Sauce
Organic cold pressed not refined coconut oil
Celery
Carrots

Ranch ingredients:
Forrager Dairy Free Sour Cream (alternatively you could use about any plain dairy free greek style yogurt such as coconut, almond milk, or cashew, or even paleo mayonnaise)
Dried Dill
Dried Parsley
Dried Scallions
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Black Pepper
Sea Salt

Preparation

-Bake Wings at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (if frozen 1 hour) or till internal temperature reaches 165
-If you like them crispy, carefully watch them under the broiler, or my favorite thing to do is to finish them on the grill
-Place cooked wings into large mixing bowl
-cut up celery and carrots to desired size for dipping
-Add a few tablespoons of melted coconut oil to coat the chicken wings, or olive or avocado oil (i think coconut tastes better)
-Douse in Franks Red Hot sauce
-Use tongs to toss wings until fully coated
-For Ranch dip- combine ingredients in a bowl
-Enjoy!
