Paleo Pancakes with Favorite Mix Ins

Pancake with banana.

Ingredients

Homemade Version Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond flour
1/3 cup tapioca flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
4 large eggs
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1sp white wine vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 Tablespoon coconut oil

Birch Benders Paleo Pancake and Waffle Mix Version:
2/3 cup of water
*optional* A few handfuls of favorite mix ins
1-2 oz of pure maple syrup
2 Table spoons of coconut oil

Preparation

Homemade instructions:
-Heat a large fry pan on medium heat and add coconut oil
-Mix 3/4 cup of mix with 2/3 cup of water and stir
-Use a measuring cup with a spout or a funnel to pour batter into preheated pan
-Add desired amount of chocolate chips and or fruit such as banana slices
-Let sit until bubbles start to appear (maybe 2-3 minutes or so)
-Flip over and cook other side
-Transfer to plate and add pure maple syrup
-Enjoy!

Birch Benders Pre bought instructions:
-in one bowl whisk all dry ingredients
-in another bowl whisk all wet ingredients
-combine the two bowls and whisk until well mixed
-preheat pan on medium heat and add coconut oil or ghee
-*optional, add your favorite mix ins such as blueberries, chocolate chips, banana slices and bacon
-pour batter from spouted measuring cup, or you can spoon on to pan
-when you start to see a good amount of bubbles, this indicates the bottom is starting to set and you should be able to flip the pancake carefully
-cook the other side and when finished cooking add to plate
-add pure maple syrup or berries and enjoy!
