Leftover Steak
coconut oil or avocado oil
2-3 eggs (organic and pasture raised)
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Hot Sauce (optional)
*optional leftover sweet potato or hash browns
Preparation
-Add oil to pan
-reheat steak in oil and set on a plate
-Crack 2-3 eggs in pan
-Once bottom is solidified enough to flip, turn over and cook other side to desired doneness and place on or beside steak
-Season with sea salt and pepper
-*optional-add hot sauce
-*optional reheat sweet potato or serve with hash browns
-Enjoy
